About the Role

Next Gen Construction SARL is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee on-site operations for the development of Cité Renaissance, a flagship mega-city project. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site operations
• Supervise subcontractors, labour force, and site engineers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Prepare site reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of site management experience on large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of international construction standards and HSE practices
